Please contact us at veikals@biopapa.lv. Please be sure to include a photo of the damaged product.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>We are responsible for the quality of our products and will transfer the money for returned goods to the bank account from which you paid for the purchase within 3 to 5 working days from the date of return.<\/p>\n<p>The following products are non-exchangeable and will not be refunded:<br \/>\n&#8211; packaged goods that are unpacked after delivery;<br \/>\n&#8211; goods that are unfit for return for health or hygiene reasons.<\/p>\n<p>Goods returned or exchanged must be in good condition, must not have lost their merchantable appearance (labels removed and intact, protective film torn off, etc.), must not have lost their usable characteristics and must not have been used.
