\nHow to make lupin coffee properly?
\n1. The simplest, quickest and probably most commonly used method is to make coffee in a cup. Depending on your taste, you need 1-3 teaspoons of lupin coffee powder per 200 ml cup.
\n2. Perfect for use in the popular French coffee press.
\n3. Also suitable for filter coffee machines.
\n4. Can also be used in Espresso machines. As lupin coffee swells more than regular coffee, we recommend using about 2\/3 the amount of regular coffee.

\nLupines are harvested in late summer when the seeds are fully ripe. They must be cleaned and dried so that they can be refined later in the roasting process. The aroma of Lupin coffee is mainly influenced by the roasting process. Lupins are usually roasted at 75\u00b0C. After heating for 20 minutes, the temperature is raised to 205\u00b0C. This prevents the lupins from becoming bitter, as they do not burn during roasting. The end result is dark, but not black, lupin seeds with a strong aroma.
