It is believed to contain essential minerals such as magnesium, iron and potassium, which contribute to muscle function, energy production and general well-being.<br \/>\nCocoa beans contain more antioxidants than red wine and three times more than green tea.  Cocoa beans are a rich source of minerals. Hand-picked as pods, the raw beans are selected for their superior quality and fermented to reduce the initial bitterness. The production process preserves much of the nutritional value of the beans without any additives.<br \/>\nRegular consumption can improve mood and cognitive function due to the theobromine and phenylethylamine they contain.<br \/>\nHowever, excessive consumption can cause side effects such as headaches, insomnia or stomach upset caused by caffeine and theobromine. <\/p>\n<p>Cocoa powder is versatile and perfect for baked goods, smoothies, hot drinks or as an additive to oatmeal and desserts,<br \/>\nproviding a healthy way to improve taste.<\/p>\n<p>The recommended dose is 10-15 g per day.<br \/>\nThe cocoa powder is certified organic by the Soil Association under the code GB-ORG-05.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>NOTES.
