Spaghetti of organically grown and dehydrated seaweed. The seaweed is harvested by hand in its natural habitat on the Galician coast (Bay of Biscay and Portuguese waters). The seaweed is dehydrated at low temperatures.
\nFresh seaweed is brown, elongated, narrow in shape and turns green when cooked. They are very soft in texture and taste of iodine.

\nBefore use, the product must be prepared: either boil for 10 minutes or soak in water for 20 minutes, change the water and soak for another 20 minutes (the weight of the dried product increases five times).
\nSuggested use: rehydrate and add to salads, as a garnish to various dishes. Use as an ingredient in pasta, rice, stews, soups and snacks.
