We deliver household appliances within 3-5 working days.
Delivery takes place within the territory of the Republic of Latvia (to other territories by separate agreement).
Standard delivery of goods ordered in the e-shop is carried out by DPD and Venipak courier service to the address you specify or to DPD, Venipak and LP EXPRESS post offices:
-Freedelivery to DPD / Venipak / Omniva / LP EXPRESS for orders over 28 €.
-Freedelivery by Venipak courier to your address for orders over 34 €.
-Freedelivery by DPD courier to your address for orders over 40 €.
-Delivery to DPD / Venipak / Omniva / LP EXPRESS for orders from 20 € to 28 € – 1,90 €.
-Delivery to DPD / Venipak / Omniva / LP EXPRESS for orders up to 20 € – 2,90 €.
-Delivery by Venipak courier to your address for orders up to 34 € – 3,90 €.
-Delivery by DPD courier to your address for orders up to 40 € – 4,50 €.
Shipping abroad when ordering online:
To Cyprus, Ireland, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Greece, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Poland, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, France, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Sweden – delivery by DPD courier.

Please take responsibility for the delivery method you choose if the outside temperature is too low or high, as this may adversely affect the quality of the products.

Attention: please check the condition of the packaging upon delivery. If you notice any damage, be sure to mention it when you receive the parcel and draw up a free-form damage report. If the damage is not noted at the time of delivery, the parcel will be deemed to have been delivered in good and undamaged condition.
