Returns:
Biopapa exchanges or returns goods subject to prior agreement on the terms of return.
If the delivered food item is damaged or of inadequate quality and you wish to return it, exchange it or if all the items ordered have not been delivered, please return them to Biopapa no later than 72 hours after delivery. Please contact us at [email protected]. Please be sure to include a photo of the damaged product.
We are responsible for the quality of our products and will transfer the money for returned goods to the bank account from which you paid for the purchase within 3 to 5 working days from the date of return.
The following products are non-exchangeable and will not be refunded:
– packaged goods that are unpacked after delivery;
– goods that are unfit for return for health or hygiene reasons.
Goods returned or exchanged must be in good condition, must not have lost their merchantable appearance (labels removed and intact, protective film torn off, etc.), must not have lost their usable characteristics and must not have been used. If the goods are damaged or incorrectly packaged, we have the right not to accept the goods, not to replace them and not to refund any money paid by the buyer for the goods.
