These paper-thin pickled ginger slices are perfect as a garnish for sushi, along with wasabi and soy sauce. Japanese sushi eaters eat ginger between different pieces of sushi as it neutralises the flavours. Sushi ginger is also delicious in salads, burgers or wraps.
The highest quality organic ginger from the Fiji Islands, which have some of the cleanest soils in the world, is used.

How to use:
Use with sushi, in wraps, sandwiches or as a garnish.
