Glass noodles are a great product to always have in the kitchen. They are thin noodles made from peas. Glass noodles are widely used in Thai and Vietnamese dishes, but they are also great for soups, salads or stir-fried vegetables. Another great advantage is that these organic glass noodles are gluten-free.
Glass noodles are very quick to cook – they are fully cooked in 4 minutes. Do you want to mix them with food or leave them in soup? They will keep their shape perfectly. They absorb the flavour of the food well, but remain firm. A versatile product!
Directions for use
Bring a large quantity of water to the boil. Add the noodles and cook for 4 minutes until soft. Rinse with cold water if necessary.
