Tip for making the rolls: hold the rice paper under running water for about 10 seconds, but don’t let it get too soft. Place it on a board or plate and you will see that it will soften on its own when you start filling it. It will be much easier to roll. Thanks to the tapioca starch, these plates are very easy to handle, so they are suitable for both beginners and experienced kitchen enthusiasts. Want something new? Try frying them until crispy – fry in a pan with oil, but not in a deep fryer.
How to use:
Soak the plates one at a time in lukewarm water. Do not soak for more than 5-10 seconds – they will become soft during filling. Add rice noodles, vegetables and smoked tofu, for example, and then dip in your favourite sauce.
