Description

Genmai miso is made from organic soybeans and raw brown rice. It is produced by Japanese artisans using traditional methods. The fermentation process takes at least 12 months in large cedar barrels that are over 100 years old, giving the miso a deep, authentic and unique flavour.

Genmai miso is perfect for miso soups, sauces and pickles, as well as a convenient seasoning for stews or wok dishes. It has a medium-intense flavour.

Use
Use 1 tablespoon per 200 ml miso soup.
Can be used as a base for sauces, marinades or dressings.
