What will you need to make Bett’r cookies?

• 80 ml oil or melted butter

• 50 ml milk or herbal drink

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 170 °C (with fan) or 185-190 °C (without fan).

2. Prepare a 30×30 cm baking tray – lightly grease or line with baking paper.

3. In a bowl, mix the biscuit mix with the oil (or melted butter) and milk (or vegetable drink). Stir until a smooth dough forms.

4. Form 12 balls of the same size, place on a baking sheet and flatten slightly.

5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

6. Let cool completely before serving.
