Hazelnut cream is produced sustainably and only from organic hazelnuts. It is a pure nut cream with a rich and distinctive flavour, perfect as a base for pastries or sauces.
This cream is made from lightly roasted hazelnuts, so the flavour is intense and the texture creamy and melt-in-your-mouth.
As well as spreading hazelnut cream on bread, you can also make your own hazelnut milk. As hazelnuts contain about 60% oil, the cream has a relatively liquid consistency, which makes it particularly suitable for baking.
