Description

The main ingredient in dietary rice is Amorphophallus konjac, a water-soluble fibre extracted from the root of the konjac plant. Originating in Asia, foods made from it are also called Shirataki or Konjac noodles.
Konjac noodles are a natural product rich in soluble fibre, free of fat, sugar, starch and protein, free of CHEESE and gluten, tasteless, easily absorb flavour from spices and other additives, quick to prepare, tasty and healthy.
The main advantage of this paste is that its ingredients are sourced only from certified and controlled plantations and suppliers.
No added sugars, carbohydrates or fats.

Preparation
Wash the pasta thoroughly under warm running water. Boil or bake for 2-3 minutes.
