Description

This soy sauce is made from soya beans, koji, shochu and sea salt. The main aim is to balance the flavour of the sauce so that all five flavour elements are expressed.
This is achieved through a 9-month fermentation process.

It’s a great gluten-free sauce that takes both oriental and European dishes to a new level. Use it in marinades, sauces, (miso) soups and gravies.
