Food supplement. Organic Sideritis scardica is also known as mountain tea or Lebanese sage. The infusion can be drunk on its own or with honey.
Recommended use:
Pour 250 ml boiling water over 1 tablespoon of tea (2 g). Leave to infuse for 5 minutes. Drink twice a day.
Important!
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Not recommended for children, adolescents under 18 years of age, pregnant and lactating women.
