Description

Organic Turkish pea flour is used in place of eggs as a binding agent, for example in the preparation of vegetarian meatballs. Mixed with other flours, it is used in bakery products, sauces, hummus, falafels, pakoras (batter-fried vegetables) and oriental sweets.
