Organic wheat grass powder

Wheat germ powder is obtained from a well-known plant, Triticum Aestivum. Wheat is grown in the fertile plains of Europe. They are harvested when still small to obtain the maximum nutritional value of the plant. They are processed in one of the largest and most innovative drying facilities in Europe. The final processing step is the grinding of the wheat germ into a fine powder. To obtain 1 kg of powder, 5 kg of fresh leaves are needed.
