Organic banana powder

Bananas are fruits, but botanically they are berries, which are grown in at least 107 countries. They grow mainly in south-east Asia, South America and southern Africa. When the bananas are harvested, they are peeled by hand. They are then dried and ground into powder. Banana powder is a versatile product and can be used to add a natural banana flavour to smoothies, cakes, juices and ice creams.
