Organic Provence herb blend

An aromatic Provençal herb blend composed of carefully selected dried herbs: marjoram, fennel, oregano, rosemary and thyme.
Marjoram and oregano give a strong herbal flavour, fennel a light aniseed note, while rosemary and thyme enrich the blend with a noble, woodsy aroma. The blend perfectly brings out the natural flavour of the food and gives it a distinctive but balanced character.
Suitable for seasoning roasted and sautéed vegetables, potatoes, rice, legumes, soups, stews, sauces, pizza, focaccia and baked goods.
