Organic sorghum grains without husks. Delicate taste. Cooked grits are delicious in salads, soups and as a side dish to a variety of dishes. Ground groats can be used to thicken sauces and soups.
Preparation: after rinsing and soaking in cold water for a few hours, boil the groats for 30-40 minutes.
