Nigellasativa, or Indian black cumin, has a specific bitter, cumin-like taste. The oil is made from carefully selected top quality black cumin seeds grown on certified organic farms using the natural cold-pressing method. This oil is used to enrich the diet. Can be added to salads or mixes, or drunk 1-2 times a day. The oil is widely used in alternative medicine and as a cosmetic for dry, irritated skin.
What makes this oil special?
Linoleic (Omega-6), oleic (Omega-9) and palmitic acids. Omega-6 fatty acids are particularly important for blood clotting, while Omega-9 strengthens the immune system.
The natural chemical thymol. It is a monoterpene, which has even more properties beneficial to the body, such as disinfectant properties.
Smells. The antioxidant properties of P-cymene, alpha-pinene, beta-pinene, trans-anethole and other fragrances create a unique palette of oil aromas.
B vitamins. This group of vitamins is responsible for the smooth functioning of the nervous system and brain, and protects the immune system.
Calcium, iron, zinc and phosphorus. Calcium improves heart rhythm, reduces nervous irritability; iron helps transport oxygen and regulates hormones; without zinc, our bodies are less resistant to infectious diseases, and a lack of zinc can lead to decreased appetite; phosphorus maintains a proper acid-base balance.
