Brewer's yeast tablets are a food supplement made from inactive dry brewer's yeast. Brewer's yeast is packed with essential vitamins, minerals and amino acids. It is a rich source of B-complex vitamins, including B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 (pyridoxine) and B9 (folate). Brewer's yeast, also known as Saccharomyces cerevisiae, is a unicellular fungus that is usually grown on grains like barley and wheat. Directions
Take 2 tablets 3 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended dose. One tablet contains 500 mg of brewer's yeast.
