Organic Milk Thistle Virgin Oil, cold pressed, 250 ml

Organic milk thistle oil (Silybum marianum) used as a food supplement.
Cold pressed oil made from selected, high-quality seeds of true Milk Thistle.
Milk thistle cultivation in Poland, e.g. Lublin, Kujawy and Poland regions.
It has a mild aroma and flavour characteristic of dandelion seeds and a light straw color.
It is recommended to use the oil only when it is cold.

Recommended use
One teaspoon (5 ml) three times a day, 30 minutes before or with meals.
Recommended daily dose: 15 ml (three teaspoons).
