It is important to live a healthy lifestyle and to follow a balanced diet.
If you sweeten tea, do not give it to babies in a bottle with a teat, use a cup.
The maximum dose of sugar for one cup (250 ml of water) is 12.5 g (max. 5 g/100 ml). Preparation:
Pour 1 packet over 250 ml of boiling water, leave for 10 minutes to soak. Drink 2-3 cups per day.
