Organic dandelion root coffee, roasted
Organic dandelion root coffee is decaffeinated and therefore suitable for the whole family.
It is a delicious alternative to regular bean coffee, which has been consumed in Lithuania for ages. Freshly roasted and ground according to an old recipe. The colour of the coffee depends on the roasting time. A longer roasting time is needed to achieve the exact effect.
Has a natural bitterness. Suitable for vegans.
Preparation
Pour one cup of boiling water over two teaspoons of dandelion coffee and let it steep for a few minutes.
Alternatively, for a stronger flavor, pour one cup of water over two teaspoons of coffee and boil for about 2–3 minutes.
The French press method is also suitable.
You can add sweetener and plant-based milk according to your taste.
