Recommended use
50 ml/day (1/4 cup) before meals. The maximum daily dose (50 ml) contains 5 g of fresh nettle grass extract, equivalent to 7.8 g of plant material.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. The food supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
