AVIZO is not a medicine or a food supplement, so the consumption guidelines are for guidance only!
We don't eat enough fermented products, so acid is not really enough in our diet. For this reason, AVIZO should be taken daily, preferably with 1-2 tablespoons at each meal. You can take some AVIZO before meals and the rest after you have finished eating. If convenient, add AVIZO directly to food (juices, porridges, salads, mixtures).
Bacterial species and subspecies: Lactic acid bacteria and Bifidobacteria (including Bifidobacterium breve, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus plantarum, Streptococcus thermophilus, Limosilactobacillus fermentum). Content in the product shall be at least 108 CFU/ml.
