The ashvaganda is an evergreen shrub that grows in Asia and Africa. It is one of the most important herbs in Ayurveda, the traditional medicine of India. Ashwagandha is often used in stressful situations.

Royal Green's misty vitania is 100% organic and traditionally grown in India. Once the leaves of the plant have turned yellow, the almond-shaped vitania is hand-picked, organically processed and the full spectrum of active nutrients are extracted from the roots. Thanks to the synergy of nutrients from the whole root and the organic processing method, we are able to provide 21.5 mg of vitanolides per capsule.
