Organic lucuma powder - air-dried.
Lucuma is an exotic fruit from South America known as the gold of the Incas. Lucuma has been growing in Peru, Chile and Ecuador since ancient times. Lucuma trees grow at high altitudes, i.e. between 1000 and 2400 metres.
Lucuma is an excellent sweetener that tastes like maple syrup. Even a small amount of this powder will sweeten any dish. Although Lucuma is best known for its sweet taste, its low sugar content and natural vitamins and minerals make it the perfect compromise between eating sweets and maintaining body lines.
Use as a sweetener in milkshakes, ice cream, yoghurt, fruit smoothies and other desserts.
