Wheat semolina is a nutritious ingredient rich in protein, fibre and essential B vitamins. Slow-digesting carbohydrates provide long-lasting energy.
Semolina is widely used in dishes such as porridge, pasta and halva, as well as in bread, cakes and pizza dough. They also act as a thickening agent for soups and sauces and add crunch to chops and other dishes.

Preparation method:
Boil 1/2 l of milk (your choice) or water, add 3 tablespoons of semolina. Cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
