How to make Bett'r cookies
You will need:
80 ml oil or melted butter
50 ml milk or vegetable drink.
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 170 °C (fan-assisted) or 185-190 °C (unfanned).
Prepare a 30×30 cm baking tray - lightly grease it with oil or line it with baking paper.
In a bowl, mix the biscuit mix with the oil (or melted butter) and the milk (or plant-based drink). Stir until a smooth dough forms.
Form 12 equal sized balls, place them on a baking tray and flatten them lightly.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Allow to cool completely before tasting.
