Organic Rosemary Essential Oil is extracted by steam distillation from the Rosmarinus Officinalis plant.
In aromatherapy, rosemary oil is considered to be a brain stimulant and may improve concentration and memory. The aroma of rosemary oil is often used to stimulate the appetite or to boost immunity.
When used in massage (pre-diluted in a base oil), it has a relaxing and soothing effect on muscles and joints.
In cosmetics, rosemary oil has a positive effect on the scalp, possibly stimulating hair growth. It is also known for its beneficial properties for skin problems. Uses
Dilute rosemary essential oil in a base oil and gently massage the abdominal area, which can aid digestion and relieve discomfort in the gastrointestinal tract.
Mix rosemary essential oil with a mild base oil and use to soothe irritated or dry skin.
In a diffuser, use rosemary oil to improve concentration and focus. ATTENTION
