Organic oatmeal, wholemeal
This wholemeal oatmeal is made from organic oats. Organic oatmeal is a source of protein and fibre, so it's not only tasty but also nutritious and a great start to the day!
Traditional oatmeal takes about 6-7 minutes to cook. Because it is coarser, it takes longer for the body to digest it, which results in a longer feeling of satiety. Perfect for breakfast!
You can add a teaspoon of organic Spanish sage or other seeds, or nuts of your choice.
For sweet eaters: flavour with your choice of jam, jam, nut or coconut cream, organic coconut blossom sugar, or agave syrup.
For salty eaters: flavour with vegetable butter or oil, organic soy sauce, or our Coconut Amina Sauce.
Bring 400 ml of plant milk or water to the boil, add 100 g of oats and cook for 5-6 minutes. Cover and leave for 2 minutes.
