Organic gluten-free brown rice noodles Ramen, 70gx4pcs, BIONATURALIS
Bring 1 l of water to the boil in a pot. Add the ramen noodles and cook for 3 minutes. While boiling, separate the noodles with a fork. Drain and rinse with cold water, reserving half a cup of pasta water for further cooking.

Simple vegan ramen with rice noodles and mushroom powder (2 servings)

Ingredients:
140 g rice noodles
1 l water (or rice water)
1-2 a. sp. mushroom powder (e.g. shiitake or reishi)
2 tbsp. tamari soy sauce
1 tbsp. sp. sesame oil (optional)
1 small carrot, thinly sliced or grated with straws
Handful of spinach or vegetables of your choice
100 g firm tofu (cubed, optional)
Green onions, sprinkled

Production

Broth
Bring 1 litre of water to the boil in a saucepan.
Add the mushroom powder, soy sauce and sesame oil. Boil for 2-3 minutes.
Add the carrots and spinach (or bok choy) to the boiling broth. Cook until the vegetables are soft.

Noodles
In another saucepan, cook the rice noodles according to the instructions (about 3-4 minutes).
Drain and rinse briefly in cold water.

Serving
Divide the pasta between bowls.
Pour the hot mushroom broth over the vegetables.
Add the tofu (if using) and sprinkle with green onions.
